·        International customers: You are responsible for shipping, customs, and import fees. No international returns, except for EU customers (14-day return right under EU law).

·        International orders: Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service takes over. We cannot control delays or lost items after that point.

Processing Times

·        Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received.

·        We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

·        Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

·        Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

·        We currently ship to addresses within the United States and worldwide.

·        All orders include tracking information.

 

Delivery Times

·        United States: Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on destination. Express options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

·        International: Delivery times vary widely depending on destination and customs processing, and are not guaranteed.

·        Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

·        Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

·        Nauilog is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

·        Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Nauilog cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

·        If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist if additional support is needed.

·        For international shipments: After we hand your package to USPS or UPS, they are in charge of getting it to your country. When it arrives in your country, your local postal service takes over. Tracking will usually show when this hand-off happens. Once the package is inside your country’s postal system, we can’t control delays, missing scans, or lost packages.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@nauilog.com.

·        Please keep all original packaging.

·        Provide clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, and damaged product.

·        These items may be required for us to file a claim with the carrier.
Once the carrier approves the claim, we will assist with a replacement or refund.

 

International Orders

·        We ship worldwide.

·        All shipping costs for international orders are paid by the customer.

·        Customs, duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your destination country. These are the responsibility of you, the customer.

·        International shipping times are longer and vary by destination. Tracking updates may be limited in some regions.

·        We do not accept international returns.

·        Exception: European Union customers Under EU law, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging, and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
