·        Returns must be requested and completed within 15 calendar days of the shipping date.

·        Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

·        All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customerservice@nauilog.com.

·        20% restocking fee applies; customer pays return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.

·        Sale items, opened/used items, customized products, or clearance items are non-returnable.

·        Minor printing variations (e.g., slight misalignment where pages meet in the center/gutter) are normal and not considered defects.

·        Damaged/defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for free replacement/refund.

·        EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period applies under EU law.

·        If a returned item doesn’t meet requirements, a refund will not be issued, and the customer must pay shipping to have it returned.

·        Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

At Nauilog, every journal and accessory is created with care, using high-quality materials and thoughtful design. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing to ensure the item is right for you.

 

Eligibility for Returns

·        Returns must be requested and completed within 15 calendar days from the shipping date.

·        All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at customerservice@nauilog.com to request one.

·        Items must be:

o   Unopened and unused.

o   In their original packaging, with all included inserts or accessories.

o   Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Restocking Fee & Return Costs

·        A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

·        Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

·        Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

·        Opened or used products.

·        Customized, personalized, or limited-edition products (unless defective).

·        Sale or clearance items.

·        Items that do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above.

 

Printing & Alignment Variations

Our products are offset-printed with careful attention to detail. We take care to align designs and lines across two-page spreads. However, due to the nature of offset printing and binding, slight misalignments where the left and right pages meet in the center (the gutter, over the spine when open) may occur. These variations are normal in the production process and are not considered defects. Such variations do not qualify an item for return or replacement.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

·        Please keep all original packaging.

·        Provide clear photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged product, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

·        These items are required for us to file a claim with the carrier.
Once the carrier claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

 

For orders shipped outside the United States:

·        Returns are generally not accepted due to high costs and customs restrictions.

·        Exception: Customers in the European Union have a legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without justification, under EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unused, with tags (if applicable), in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

 

Refund Processing

·        Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether it has been approved or denied.

·        Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus applicable fees.

·        If your return is not accepted (e.g., product is used, opened, damaged, or missing packaging), a refund will not be issued.

o   In such cases, we will notify you and give you the option to pay shipping to have the item returned to you. If return shipping is not paid within 14 days, the item will be considered abandoned.
